Secure international delivery with flexible returns
- We ship to customers worldwide using either standard or express postal services.
- Many libraries consolidate their orders into periodic dispatches to reduce postal costs. In this case, all available titles in any given month are dispatched in one dispatch regardless of the month in which they were ordered. Please contact Customer Services to set this up.
- Items are packed with care to cope with international carriage.
- We appreciate that libraries occasionally need to return items - simply contact Customer Services to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

- We tailor discounts individually based on titles supplied.
- Our website displays pricing in UK pounds sterling (GBP) but we can provide invoices and accept payment in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EURO) and other currencies.
- We accept all major credit cards, International postal giro, Eurocheque and Bank Transfers.
- Many customers consolidate their invoices for titles supplied in a given month regardless of when orders are placed.
- Budgetary requirements often require libraries to obtain proformas or quotations prior to ordering. Our Customer Service team are highly experienced at supplying detailed and accurate information.
Standing orders and series management
- We offer an advanced system for managing standing orders on all monographic series, multi-volume works and annuals.
- Standing Orders can be arranged as either 'firm' (where new volumes are supplied automatically) or 'notify' (where we merely inform that a new volume has been announced).

- Our research service will try to source any title for you regardless of language or origin.
- We can supply any in print title regardless of whether it is currently on our website. Specialist libraries frequently order titles from outside our core subject range – just send your requirements to Customer Services.
